Hello BP, Been looking around this site for sometime now and I must say I just thought I knew something about RE. Been investing in Rentals since 2007 and just recently went into business with a friend and bought some timber property. I guess if I am gonna invest in houses why not invest in the the growing material to build one as well. Most of what I have been searching is the financial side of RE (how to figure my returns) and business points of view (LLC or just liability ins rider).

Well thank yall for all the insight so far on taxes, business, insurance, helpful links, books, etc and list goes on and on.
