I think everyone should master MS Excel and learn the basic Financial functions.

Could someone who has any knowledge regarding the way in which a states Down Payment Assistance programs work.....I am wondering particularly about Mississippi's down Payment assistance program, and what determines if someone will get approved and qualify /Does it mainly come down to Income level, credit score, single or married , etc.. ?

So if those are of no value....go for it I have seen two people put into prison in Mississippi for illegal NON licensed property manager schemes..

This is all being done through data from my local property appraiser which I've imported into a MS Access database.
