Probate List vs Inheritance List

Hello All,

I am just getting started in wholesaling. I have a local mentor who has been able to answer all of my quetions but was not sure about this one.

Poeple here have referred to probate lists and inheritance lists. Are the terms interchangable or different. If different, where would I find an inheritance list?

Thanks,
Stuart

Daniel Fisher "Inheritance lists" from usleadlist and other sources include properties that have been "inherited" but that did not go through probate or court. Think about how you might gain that same info for your farms before the list people send out their data to your competition.
