No matter how well you prepare, chaos is bound to happen on a MAJOR launch.  

I toured 4 properties in my neck of the woods that had been listed over 100 days and within hours competing bids were launched. 

I am not against notes in any way, performing or NPL (Non-Performing Loan), as its one of the best strategies to work with, just commenting on the retail level for NPL juniors, and that is why we launched our NPL fund, so we can legally pool investors capital so we can take down those larger pools at the prices of yore. if you are an accredited investor per IRS regulations, please contact us for more info.
