Resource for finding properties

Hey there.  

I find myself wanting for better listing services for commercial properties. 

I currently use realtor commercial and loopnet but loopnet's pricing is bordering on insane.

Any other good sites out there?  I have a decent network but I am looking for something online that is not necessarily easy to find or obvious.
