(He was a tenant in the home)4) Seller was told by his back Doctor that he was going to be unable to walk up the staircase in his home and should consider selling before the scheduled surgery which was 10 days away.5) Seller didn’t have time to clean the kitchen and was too embarrassed to allow strangers in… Kitchen was so full of trash and dishes that were unclean that one could hardly walk to the sink.6) Seller was being abused by his wife and didn’t want to explain the fist holes in the walls and doors.7) Seller ran a multi room internet porn café out of his house and didn’t want anyone to know or impede his income.8) Double homicide where the bodies were left for a week… (Smelled like money)9) Seller hated real estate agents so much that he refused to earn more money by selling himself or hiring them.10) I could see the sky through the ceiling and the seller didn’t have money for the repairs.

Or buy a box of 1000 business cards for 25 bucks and pass every one out as you present yourself as an investor to every stranger you come in contact with.In all honesty I would rather you do the later first as it will help mold your real estate communication skills.

Thank you very much.Sincerely, Justin Hannah-On my second round of letters i will essentially say the same thing but i will add the bullet points that was suggested to me of why it is easier for them to sell the property to me instead of the traditional realtor/ broker listingno need to fix up, renovate or repairno open houses or lots of strangers walking through to look at their stuffyou can close fast without realtor commissionsI do not have data on how these work yet but thats what im doing.

For safety reasons, we have two people run the open house, and I do not run out to show a vacant house to a stranger I have never met and I tell people that when they want to see the house right away.
