@Mason Richards I would start by just learning and soaking as much knowledge as possible.

On BP forums, meetups, REIAs, coffees, find your local experienced operators/NOT paid gurus and see if you can help them find deals, drive for dollars, analyze deals, line up contractors - it’s your unpaid internship to soak up as much experience as you can handle - - best of luck!!

In the meantime, I’m going to soak up the podcasts and the forum posts and start going to REA meet ups and hopefully get to know some people who live in the Santa Rosa area.

Hello I am a beginner in real estate investing and am trying to soak in as much information as I can from Brandon Turners book " The Book on Rental Property Investing: How to Create Wealth and Passive".

I'm trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible while also providing a quality service in terms of delivering deals to my investors.

Soak up as many books or podcasts as you can.

Unless you have family or friends that have money to invest and trust you with it, I would suggest trying to repair your credit score and save up some money first while reading more real estate investing books and soak up as much knowledge as you can.

Nobody warns of this, but if a trade twist their ankle you could be sued and likely would be found libel.)Soak up as much info as you can, then verify that info before you implement it.

Thankfully for them, a handful of hedge funds have stepped in with their billions and are quickly soaking up a lot of the inventory along with many foreign investors.

I am not afraid to do some work in exchange for their knowledge.I am glad to have found the BiggerPockets forums, and I look forward to soaking up all of the knowledge that I possibly can.
