Hello to all my name is Mason, I’m 23 currently married with one daughter. I have wanted to start investing in real estate a long time ago and just never get around to doing it because since I am young not a lot of people are willing to work with me. Since I joined the military I am now eligible for the va home loan which I saw as an opportunity to start. Is there anything I should do to start looking for deals like contact an agent I really want to buy a property for cheap and fix it up and sell it. Any tips would be appreciated. Located in Utah.
