Eric, i am realizing with my readings everyday that foreclosures are a dangerous business and one should be very careful.actually i have not tried calling the county or the bank, thanks for that advice Damon.thanks Peter for the site. actually that's what i have used so far, but it doesn't give me much info, or its probably as you say, that i may not be interpreting the info correctly.
