What strategies work when wholesale inventory starts getting slim?

I wouldn't want that slim of margins in North Sac, but I'd consider it in Oak Park.

Big picture, I believe this may be a tough pill to swallow--and you move on.   

This said, just know, that they are not going to be the top brokers and there is a slim chance that they are relatively knew the the business. 

With that ductless or PTAC it would have to be slim to fit under or over the window area as it's the only spot to place one. 

If my offer is rejected, can I submit again with higher amount, or do I have to wait until they relist again in case it doesn't get sold.Any help, suggestion, tip is greatly appreciated.the odds of getting a substantial discount early on are slim to none. 

Wouldn't you love to find this list and give them the red pill out of the Matrix and show them there are markets that exist where you do not have to pay over market value!

The margin was slim and risk was high, although repairs were essentially cosmetic.

I think Id adjust about $100k for the road.Im not sure what you have it under contract for....but I think the profit here might be pretty slim.
