Who wants to live next to a hotel, with strangers coming and going every day of the year?   

Also I could tell the person i was speaking with wasn't really motivated to sell the home (got the property off Zillow) and I wasn't really interested either just wanted to test the waters to get over my fear of speaking to strangers but then she started asking those questions that I didn't have the answer to which made me think twice like "Should I have this information?"

I don't always spend $80K with strangers on the internet from across the world, but when I do it's with a member that has only 11 posts, all of which are them trying to advertise.No wait, that's not right.

I don't want them nosing through my stuff, I'm not going to be home , my dog will eat them, they better not let my cat out, i'm too sick, I don't want strangers in my house...oh jeez it would would not be fun.

Anybody have any experience on creative financing or partnership (with strangers)?

You need to learn all aspects of a property, and you cannot if some stranger is handling this.

Would you want some stranger making a commitment to lease a property with the expectations of buying and then later leasing to another stranger whom you have no control over?

Absolutely not, you do not want the responsibility or liability of some strangers and their personal property on your property until you have left and no longer responsible.
