We currently rent a SF. Our lease ends on July 15, but the next tenants have asked to store their stuff on the property starting at the end of June. My gut reaction is to say no. What is our liability if their stuff gets stolen, damaged, or someone gets hurt while moving the stuff? I feel like its an inappropriate thing to ask.

Absolutely not. Their stuff could contain bedbugs or roaches which can migrate to your stuff. Plus hey could say you stole stuff. Not worth it.
