If you feel a certain area is saturated with competition you may want to try somewhere else, but if it looks like several people are finding success in a certain area you should find out why.- I agree with you about networking.

I can even maybe send you a pic or drive by video of the area or something.The mapleton fall creek area (north of downtown) is awesome too though it’s getting to be saturated because of redevelopment, so not really sure.

You mentioned Rogers Park and Lakeview but those areas are very saturated and difficult to find deals.

Anyways, I think I made it pretty clear that direct mail is saturated.
