If I were in your shoes, I'd send written notice notifying the date they MUST be out, that any extortion attempt WILL be meet by criminal complaint and charges AND advising they review gov. orders as this notice is official notice in compliance with gov. orders and if tenant is not vacated by ___ date police/court intervention will be made as well as suite filled for judgement on any/all associated costs incurred including court costs.

FYI if you win a civil suite a person can get a judgement and with a judgement comes ability to garnish wages, attach or confiscate assets etc etc, and it's is not easy to have removed not to mention impacts on credit.

@Carolyn Fuller I'm sure you are a good person but I'm always baffled at how those on the left tend to live in constant fear and make judgements and knee jerk reactions based on a cursory understanding of the facts that are typically drawn from what they saw on TV or Facebook.
