Absolutely horrific customer support.

I've had experience doing everything from basic masonry to running warehouses here in Minnesota in addition to my Navy experience.I got into real estate investing almost by accident.

If the interior of the bumpout becomes work and counter space, which are sorely lacking, wouldn't it be awkward and accident prone to open the door right next to someone standing at the counter?

However, we have surrounded ourselves (mostly on accident) with friends and family who are much more involved.

But as of late my response rate has been horrific with probates.  

It's not something you want to do on accident, or for just this one deal.

Those kinds of accidents happen - but they probably don't happen several times a year.

Dogs have the potential to cause more accidents and physically assault someone, Tenant, Guest or service personnel.  

I came across BP by accident because I was surfing the net looking for real estate info because I do plan on getting my real estate license.

I also found a hand full of people looking to buy properties on accident while I was searching for the house I ended up buying.
