Hello to everyone on BP! I joined a couple of weeks ago, and I must admit that I did so with some reservations. My big concern was, what is going to happen when I hit that submit button to become a member. Am I going to start receiving emails that go something like this, "Hi, welcome to BP, as a new member we want to offer you the following package(insert whatever guru package comes to mind). This package has a retail value of $10,974,329.52, but because we like you, we wont do that to you, and we will offer this package to you for $997, we have never offered it this low before. You know because we really do like you we will throw in these 3 bonus offers that by themselves are worth more than the cost of this package."

Ok you get my point. THANK YOU BP, for not doing that. So far I have found this site to be absolutely invaluable. There is so much information packed into this site that it is unbelievable.

About me. I am in Southeast Michigan. I am currently employed in a full time job, which I can retire from in a few more years. Over the years I have had an interest in real estate, but devoted most of my time to my current position. I came across BP by accident because I was surfing the net looking for real estate info because I do plan on getting my real estate license. During these searches the idea of flipping homes was presented to me. I am currently looking at wholesaling, and no I dont think that I can do it without money or marketing. So while I am educating myself I will be asking questions.

Thank You,
Brian.
