My final suggestion (should have been my first) is to read the 4 hour work week by Tim Ferriss.

Books: The One Thing, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Bluefishing, Long Distance Real Estate Investing, The Book on Managing Rental Properties, BRRRR, Who Not How, Give and Take, Vivid Vision, Never Split the Difference, Deep Work, 12 Hour Work Week, Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant, Bidding to Buy, TractionI've enjoyed all of these and found value in them! 

Their mindset is just different from the "4-hour workweek" that is touted these days. 

So now you’re going to be less inclined to do the 70 hour work weeks in your executive position. 

I'm still a full time w2 employee, so my investing is in addition to a regular work week.

For background I have a good job and I have a 4 day work week.

These are not necessarily RE books but they will definitely help you in the self development aspect of your business: The 4-Hour Work Week; 7 Habits of Highly Effective People; Mindset

Financial independence, retire early, the four second workweek blah blah blah.

The 4 hour work week is also a good one by Tim Ferriss.
