That is really great insight .i knew yonkers and mt vernons school system was terrible,i didnt pay that much thought because my own kids wouldnt be attending in those districts.when the property around you damn near triples you get the green eyed monster and wanna chase it.i will consider a little further north.im preapproved for 525k.but not looking to spend that much by any means.

So is being a NASA robotics scientist, being a mom, a dad,  doing circus tricks, driving stick for the first time....Everything is hard when you don't know how, when you don't have a system, when you dont network.See my point?

So I thought I cant go wrong  then by picking the most difficult study I can find, ... so I picked Aerospace Engineering... without a goal a plan nothing.Well I ended up working for NASA as a Robotics scientist making Ironman a reality.Look  bubbles... having a plan is great.

The contract is clear and he did not follow the terms of the contract.As a complete sidenote, unless you house is a monster and he has to replace all the sheathing on the house, no way $17k of increased costs would of been incurred. 

I am going to say...all of you severely miss the point of what school really is about.What you are saying may be valid, but it depends on what you want to learn, and more importantly, where you want to apply that what you have learned.Sure you can always find a counterpart to everything.If you wanted to be a NASA robotics scientist.. let's say.

(Not an easy task to build robots for NASA being a foreigner!)
