Good Morning I live in NY and im about to get my RE Licence, I would like to know if with my NY Licence I will be able to do by an Agent in NJ Does anyone have any info Thanks  

I worked in the residential and commercial property management field for 12 years, even held a real estate licence. 

I know I want to work in real estate just not sure what is best for me.I'm thinking of getting my property management license and starting a business with that,Or I could get a real estate licence, though I do not want to be a real estate agent, I would just get it for the MLS.Ignore both and focus on finding a house to invest in.

With my current work schedule it will take me several months to get my real estate licence and I dont want to wait that long.Please advise Thanks

A licenced driver goes through both written testing and driving test, which proves their knowledge of the law.Licensing just means you went through education and testing.

I also just got my RE licence so looking to connect with agent who specialize in investment properties.Does anyone have experience with local property managers? 

Another is the registration requirements and/or needing licencing, etc.
