Hello!

I've been a member of bigger pockets for year and am finally investing in my first rental property. The closing is scheduled for mid June. Looking to connect with local investors in the area.  I'm primarily interested in buy & holds.  I also just got my RE licence so looking to connect with agent who specialize in investment properties.

Does anyone have experience with local property managers?  I can't seem to find anyone in the Dartmouth, New Bedford, Fall River areas.  I currently work a full time job but have been contemplating starting my own management company.  Any insight would be helpful.
