Steakhouses -A - Ruth Chris, local independent steakhouses specializing.B - Outback, Lonestar, Texas Roadhouse, though these can be in A as well, but the A list places are typically not in B class.C - We’re a restaurant and have a steak or two on the menu, Friday night is prime rib, etc.D - no steak 😕It’s not a science, but a little from my experiences...best of luck!!!

This tells me that for many it's just all about the sizzle and who cares about the steak.... 

(What I mean is, don't expect steaks and sushi and Scotch. 

Bern's or Charley's Steak House are great places!!

I would like it to only be a grill allowed back there.

We had her accept and sign out T&C's, which include a specific dollar amount for things like not filling up the propane tanks, leaving a dirty grill etc.

We had grilles in between the glass, and had the best glass put in to keep heat gain to a minimum, which also got us a $30/window credit from our energy provider, which further drove the cost down.

I also do not allow any belongs to be left in the halls, porches, or yards ect. with the exception of a grill (this is huge) I have a clause stating these items will be disposed of without notice.

I'd steak out the property till the person left the property, break in, (with all your paperwork that proves you own the property) and re-change the locks. 

Minor selling points are having more space and privacy, a streaming HDTV, bbq grill, and outdoor recreational areas.
