Some properties are yielding decent returns, but most of these are not listed for sale.Tulum is an incredible destination for those who truly understand its charm and would enjoy having a second home or living here.

This kind of legislation discourages good investors and people who enjoy coming in and helping to stabilize communities.

Just watch webinar of Matt and was considering them ... so glad I saw this.Now I'm questioning my judgement / research. 

LOL.There are endless amenities to choose from so if you don't have a pool/spa/view, you can certainly provide many others that guests will enjoy!

One is a big deal, the other is nothing.If you have a property manager he should be handling all this while you enjoy your xmas.
