I love the animals misbehaving, you can eject the animal but the person is allowed to stay.You're not allowed to prevent service animals except for extremely specific situations as listed in the policies.

If you do not gain sole and exclusive possession within three years of the tax deed (either through exclusive possession and use of the property by your or a tenant, or by an order in your favor in an ejectment lawsuit) then all rights will return to the taxpayer, who will not have to pay you anything at all.

In Alabama, if it is abandoned you can take possession with a Tax Certificate upon receipt of the certificate or file an ejectment suit after 6 months of holding the certificate.
