Removing unwanted squatters/trespassers

Does anyone have any experience with removing "tenants" who moved themselves into a property with no permission from the owner and no lease agreement? What did the process look like and how long did it take? Anything you would do differently?

I'm considering buying a property like this and there are at least 6 people living there. Definitely not nice people either, I believe they have been there for a while. This is in Arizona-Pima County.

There are many ways you can go about this, and not all of them are legal. The correct way would be to file a formal eviction and get a sheriff out there. If you want other creative ways to do it DM me
