Buying tax deed/foreclosures
Hello,
I'm a new investor looking to learn how to buy tax deed/delinquent properties. Would a buyer of a tax deed be responsible for existing mortgages on the property? I'm in southern california and I can't afford to buy investments properties here since it's so expensive so I'm looking to learn about this process so I can start to invest in other states/areas. Appreciate any thoughts.

The thing with Tax Lien/Certificate/Deed Investing is...
Everything varies so dramatically wherever you invest.
I would recommend spending a very large amount of time just researching areas to invest in. This for me was a good 80 hr project.
Then I spent another 30 hours learning about that area.
