I am considering joining one of the high tiers of the Big Dog Program (Phil and Shenoah Grove).

I have no dog in this fight, but the abundance of 2-4 unit options in good parts of the city provide a better long term opportunity.

I got an inquiry from a family with a mid-size dog.

If the cat or dog keep comming back to the area to leave their unrine or feces, can I ask the tenants to do some cleaning up to keep the area clean?

With a previous tenant in 2019 I charged $35 for that tenant with a small dog.

If you do the latter, you need to screen the new person the same way you did the first person.I offered to let her have roommates, but she doesn’t want to deal with it because she has no one that she would trust to do it.She said “You know I have a big *** dog, but you didn’t know that I like to walk around the house naked too” hahahaSounds like I’m losing this one.
