I have a Bachelor's in Marketing and if I could do it over again I would probably get a nursing degree or some other STEM degree to pay off debt sooner and have a better DTI ratio with less debt and a higher gross salary.

Well, the foundation warranty guys came out and said 15 piers under the house will be adjusted for free, the house is 100% habitable and the fixes won't inconvenience the tenants, and the problem likely stems from a plumbing leak (sigh).

This stems off a question I asked the other day and got some great answers.I'm wondering what the (LA County) costs and process might look like for all of the permitting, creating a new street address, new water, new waste, new power lines, and having a driveway carved into the curb.When doing these things with the City/County - Do they take many months to make happen?
