Just my thinking,........ But when you start seeing success for your business stemming from Bigger Pockets, don't you think we owe it to @Joshua Dorkin to create a pro or plus account? I am sure it costs a pretty penny to maintain this site. Why not help the people the that helped us to be more successful? It is the least amount of money that you could spend for a guru!

Agreed. I made the move to the plus account and it has helped me tremendously. I love my keywords and the plus account allowed me to use 10 total. Also file downloading will be crucial when i make my first investment.
The knowledge i acquired from the forums and podcasts has been so beneficial and more than worth the cost of a plus account.
