The Mill (right near the river) has been / is being revitalized, primarily on the shoulders of Jim Goodman (CEO of Capital Broadcasting) who was the force behind the revitalization of Durham, NC near the ballpark and DPAC center.

@Yonah Weiss my degree was in Broadcast lolI think it’s helped me with my social media persona and just being comfortable in front of the camera.

My arguments are: it's redundant (good liability insurance is CYA enough), you don't have the benefits of anonymity anyway after your little QCD broadcasts your intent to the world, they are harder to finance and insure, and they are a pain tax-wise.  

I'm looking to get into investing now that I am retired from radio broadcasting. 

It's gotta be the most frustrating thing in the world broadcasting such a simple OBVIOUS message over and over, and yet so many "zombified" with the big SEO marketers BS of rank, Rank, RANK.... with no anything of conversion. 

And the software will broadcast to there for you.  

There has not been a single broadcast that has not provided me value or that I felt was a waste of my time.

Content-4-Profit will still broadcast doom & calamity messaging because it simply get's the views and views = $'s.
