Idaho Falls/Blackfoot Vacancy

I know this can vary, but just curious on what kind of vacancy rates y'all are experiencing in Southeast Idaho? I have heard 2-5% from some people, which seems great.

I am in the search for my first house hack and am wanting to put together a reasonable analysis.

I realize this post is two years old now, but I figured I'd still respond in case anyone comes across this. We've got 6 rental units in Blackfoot, and one in Idaho Falls. Currently, every unit we have is filled. And we're able to fill them very quickly typically, whenever a vacancy does arise. Our units are never vacant for more than a week tops.
