Is this an offer to sell, invest, or broadcast?

My two cents is that the non-live broadcast is a commonly used marketing tool If it was "live" when it was first broadcast, then it is not a "scam" in my opinion but a rebroadcast that does not disclose that fact (not as professional as it could be).

(yeah, maybe I shouldn't be broadcasting my sick twisted forms of entertainment and strategy should I)BUT, most importantly is KNOW YOUR MAO and follow the math. 

You don't want to broadcast this. 

They are still advertising for Sunrise Capital in the podcast, and broadcasted a new phone number in that show. 

One huge lead generator I have found is through posting pictures on FB of my clients in front of their new home.My clients usually “share” the post and then it gets broadcasted to all of their friends.Best of luck to you!

As a broadcaster, for Morris to claim he did not know exactly what he was doing in this regard, is simply unbelievable.

In reality, they're just broadcasting that they have no experience. 

The posts might be seen more if we also posted comments under his latest “broadcast” post.
