Legislators have learned that NIMBYs are some of the biggest culprits of smashing affordable housing projects and legislation built to facilitate density and adorable housing projects (See SB 50 that can't seem to pass).

Add those items to your ad or phone conversation.  

I do not want this to effect the credibility of my ad or drive away other potential renters.  

You can determine how much you want to spend per day on the ad or for the entire campaign the more you pay the more often your ad will show up.

Do you normally call/ email old prospects ,send them the ad, or just assume they will see it if they are still looking. 

I'm dying to see what a 144 SF house really looks like if you don't mind posting a link to an ad or some photos.

I do and feel that it saves some time, but you will still get calls from people who didn't read the ad or are hoping you will be more lenient.
