Craigslist scam ad

I recently came across an ad on Craigslist and the title was real estate investor seeking student so I opened it out of curiosity. The ad goes like this "Real Estate Investor seeking student!!!! If you are ambitious, hard working, and want more out of life. I have a great opportunity for a select few to be able to learn how to secure your future by investing in real estate. I also can get you in a position to start earning $5k to $10k a month while you learn. If this sounds like an opportunity of interest, reply to this ad or text me with your name, phone number, and email address so we can start the interview process". Is this legit? Is this another scam?
