I only do a major paint every 3 to 5 years but if I have turnover before that time I do touchups and cleaning on the turnovers.

If we tried to list it on the market, realtor thinks he can “slap some lipstick on a pig” and list it for just under $300k, maybe get a little bidding war mostly because of the lot size, but it  would require a big trash out and at least minimal cosmetic touch up (estimated cost of ~$10k for trash out alone).  7.

In the VAST majority of cases you can get a good result with touch-ups as long as you have the old paint colors to get more made.

What I like about this paint is:1) its washable (If there is some dirt I will just wet paper towel and wipe it, and there will be no stains, looks like new)2) When I have to do touch ups it blends in well, it does not look like I have to match it.

I'd say it works out to $20 an hour for them.It can, of course, vary wildly - I've spent $250 to deep clean just a kitchen, and I've spent $800 to trash out a backyard.This doesn't include any repairs necessary - painting touch ups, replacing damaged fixtures, landscaping, etc.
