same paint in every rental- what kind of paint?

Ive had this great paint that a previous owner bought in a local store.

What I like about this paint is:

1) its washable (If there is some dirt I will just wet paper towel and wipe it, and there will be no stains, looks like new)

2) When I have to do touch ups it blends in well, it does not look like I have to match it. All I have to do is just take a brush, dip it in the paint and apply to the wall. Next morning it looks nice and  blended in.

I would like to find something similar that is sold at Home Depot (since Home Depot is in every state)

Do you guys know of anything like that?
