I have excellent credit.Well now fast forward to today and with almost 3 and ½ years gone by, and 18 month old toddler in the house, and enough toys in the house for 5 kids even though we only have one we started shopping for a house with more room and a bigger yard.

Renting your house to Government program(battered women, disabled)

Hello,I just bought a house with 7 bedrooms and 5 baths .Initial intention was a flip. However after closing,i just found out the house that shares the driveway is rented for some federal program.it sort of looks like a assisted living(because i saw some elderly women) then i also saw some toddlers and their mothers. There is about 20 people in that house which is similar to size of the property i bought. So i am trying to find out if anyone is familiar with any such programs or rents their house to Government (department of health and mental hygiene). If you do please give me some insight. Thanks in advance :)

So looks like I'll join the bandwagon and go by the Sec8/HUD guidelines as well for sake of simplicity until made clearer in law/practice: 1 bedroom per 2 people. For that 1 bedroom (or studio treated as a 1 bedroom) is it 2 people total, or do 2 adults also have the right to not be discriminated against because they also have 1 toddler and want the 1 bedroom (or studio treated as a 1 bedroom)?

I do not want to go through an eviction process, especially since they have a 2 year old toddler and a new born and I feel they will most likely be protected from having to vacate immediately because of the small children.
