You won't get any clients by not marketing yourself.Oh, and if you want to get paid and learn the business before jumping into the business as a licensee, then either find a Brokerage that's hiring for admin work/front desk, or look around at the top agents and see who's hiring an assistant.

The caveat however, is that if you own more than three properties, the MHIC may find you ineligible to make a claim against the fund (I'll refrain from getting on my soapbox about that silliness for now).In short, the fund is something every licensee pays into as a means of consumer protection.

I wouldn't do that.Last issue, what wholesalers do is known as a "net listing" in the industry, it is an illegal and unethical practice for a licensee to take sale proceeds above a certain amount agreed to by an owner to accept from a transaction.

Put the buyer in your car, lead them into the escrow office, introduce them and let the title folks deal directly with the buyer, and later the seller.If wholesalers keep acting as licensees and you're not licensed you can just bring more issues upon yourself.
