The price and they are building a 50 million dollar casino at the edge of town How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I actually like the thrill of the hunt, I'm a deal junkie.

Tenant may not be thrilled but at least they can't say you are not fulfilling your agreement.

Both of the tenants have aspects that I'm not thrilled about (less than clean living habits), but the tenants on one side just set my alarm bells off.When I inspected the house before purchase they were living with no water or gas service to the house (they are responsible for utilities).

And, most of the people living in town are not thrilled about Space-X being there because of the regular noise and vibration from the constant engine testing.

For multi's, there are only a handful of areas, east of 95 freeway, near Summerlin, Spring Valley near chinatown, and behind MGM Casino, near strip, cross Tropicana and Maryland.

Pine bluff has a new casino that will be opening soon, If your into golf The Pine Bluff Country Club is a nice track. 

I just received the letter for my 2018 tax revaluation last week and I'm not thrilled to say the least. 

Of course I would recommend buying a home with it, but you could head down to your local casino and put it all on red if you choose to!
