Little Rock / Pine Bluff Arkansas

My wife and I will most likely be moving to the South Little Rock, Sheridan, Pine Bluff area in early April. We will be working in Pine Bluff.

We are leaving Friday 2/15 to view the area and to check out the manufacturing plant.

Does anyone know a good realtor or someone in the area that could help us out with where we should live? We currently invest in the Cincinnati area with small multi's and SFR's. We are looking to do the same in Little Rock and attend the REI meetings.

Thanks for any help!!

Hello @Jeremiah Cotner, I live in Pine Bluff. There is crime here as mentioned, but there is crime everywhere. Pine Bluff gets blown out of proportion when mentioned because it's population is lower than it's neighboring counterparts. It's also 85% African American, so why would the mainstream give it any positive attention besides the biased approach of not wanting it to look bad, because it is a representative of the state.

There is a since of pride here amongst the people like I've never seen. All races are coming together here to achieve a common goal called "One Pine Bluff". You have Public/Private partnerships, the local municipality, organizations, non-profits and others with the same mindset, as of now.

I'm originally from Flint, Mi so being from Cincinnati I'm sure you'll understand. Come here Friday, check it out; visit the Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Alliance. Get your ear full and take it all in man. There are areas of pockets here with meat on the bones too. If you need me I'm an inbox away bro.
