It doesn’t really matter why a reservation is cancelled; there are a myriad of good and valid reasons to cancel a plane trip, house rental, or appointment with your shrink.  

@Braxton Palmer for me being in a flood plane is a deal breaker.

It's an extra step but with some planing you can get a great ADU and no off street parking... or at least no covered parking.As for trash, I would run along the side of the house in the setback.

Demanding job that requires international travel, 2 young children (1yo and 3yo), a house I am still fixing, and I am building a plane in my garage.

With a plan you are pro-active instead of re-active to things coming at you.Time is what I treasure most as I only get so much of it in my lifetime on this plane of existence.So I have systems and processes for business and life that keeps me happy.

Even with property management it'll be a significant increase of doors plus what you still have left in CA.This isn't as simple as it sounds though and is going to take planing with CPA and others...

I am in a middle of a deal to but a new house that I will use as a home and planing to leave the current one as a rental. both are around $350k and located in Houston.

This means that if they wanted to, they could bring that animal into a plane for no charge.Unfortunately that is how the law stands right now and no you also do not need any "certifications" for this animal either and any certifications provided are generally BS anyway.

If anyone needs advice on anything to do with aviation (low flying planes, aircraft noise issues, etc) let me know, that's my speciality!!

I would just mention mail / fedex/ UPS delivery was asking at  the house for the sister and ask why.
