Have you ever tried a trial period to test out tenants?

I keep it all in a storage unit and found someone on craigslist (which will take some trial and error) who moves it around for me for about $250 per move.

A failed loan mod trial period....probably doesn't have the right to reinstate.

I'm testing out a trial version now.

I also use a lot of trial and error - posting a rental at a high price and peeling back the price based on the response rate.

When I started out, I learned by trial and error - I rented a property to a couple that had 6 evictions in the prior 5 years, but I only found out after they were already my tenants...I am currently halfway through a rental rehab in Newark, if you are interested you are welcome to stop by and check it out. 

The suit never even got close to going to trial it was resolved in a few days. 

I definitely want to find out more and possibly use my rental home for a Airbnb trial.

Trial and Error is very expensive when there have been many others plow the path before me and know what to look out for.
