Hi. I was wondering if anyone has had success with FreedomSoft, Zoho, or REIBlackbook? 

Right now I need a way to manage & generate wholesale leads & marketing campaigns & property management. Another tool that I'm looking for is a way to manage expenses & upload invoices in a cloud. Any suggestions? Thx
