I'd probably go 550, or a hair lower, for credit score.

@Nate Sanow I read that article and I don't have a gun in this argument but I'm pretty sure the big orange haired man filed for bankruptcy and leveraged business "losses" as to not pay any federal income taxes for the last 15 years. 

However, I am a grey hair old fart with a fair amount of real estate experience.  

Just think how many gallons of water go through your hair in the shower to get all the soap out, same thing. 

So the maintenance guy tells me he thinks I should buy better AC filters because of all the cat/animal hair.

It works great for pizza and hair salons but for real estate you will want to pull a specific list.
