@Kyle ElmerI found your overview of the Dunedin property market fascinating, I was considering Dunedin as I believe once remote working takes off in NZ the same way it has in the US, the smaller cities in NZ will thrive - and seeing the Gigacity win as well as the incentives for start-ups in Dunedin make it very attractive as an investor.
