hello I'm Yuri, currently residing in Miami but would love to start investing in real estate in Tampa where i would eventually move. Any recommendations on the tampa bay area real estate market? Or any recommendations/advice to someone that would like purchase a property in the upcoming months? I am a general manager at a wireless corporate store and me and my wife would like to switch careers to Real estate investors (she is a banker). We are more open to the buy and hold rental properties niche (fourplex, etc) but are also open to other investments (flipping, etc). Would love to hear your thoughts and thank you bigger pockets for having so many free resources!
