Provide your full contact info, and details of where/how rents are to be paid, and any other pertinent info...handyman to call, or new gardener to expect, or whatever.Request confirmation of tenant's contact info as provided you (lots of luck actually getting new info...), but you need to document this!

The neighbors finally reported the issue to License and Inspections and the Health Department when they saw one elderly woman in a wheelchair getting her "shower" by being wheeled out into the backyard and hosed down with a garden hose.Gail
