Airbnb STR or LTR Tenants?

Niv Konforty
Posted

Hey guys, I am just getting into the real estate world and investing for the first time on a rental property here in West Palm Beach.

I am wondering if I should make it an Airbnb or to put a tenant in place? I know Airbnb could be more profitable but it's a lot more "headache"... Your thoughts?

Hi Niv, I always recommend Airbnb, all my investments down here are STR's (Short term rentals). I host a meetup once a month at one of properties in Palm beach gardens where I talk about Airbnb's. There are many new investors that come out so it might be good to get to know some of them in the market. Feel free to send me a message and I might be able to help you determine which way would make more sense from a number's perspective.
