Airbnb STR or LTR Tenants?
Hey guys, I am just getting into the real estate world and investing for the first time on a rental property here in West Palm Beach.
I am wondering if I should make it an Airbnb or to put a tenant in place? I know Airbnb could be more profitable but it's a lot more "headache"... Your thoughts?

Hi Niv, I always recommend Airbnb, all my investments down here are STR's (Short term rentals). I host a meetup once a month at one of properties in Palm beach gardens where I talk about Airbnb's. There are many new investors that come out so it might be good to get to know some of them in the market.
