@Darrell TuckerYou really shouldn't need more than your articles of incorporation and your Tax ID number to open your account.  

As it currently sits, there is only $10000 invested in corporate bonds at the moment as I rotated out of my stock portfolio a few months back to cash.

@Ryan Murdock would you recommend a first time investor to start buying properties with personal money or should they incorporate to protect themselves from liabilities? 

I plan on increasing some of the rent as 3 of the apartments are renting for less than average compared to other apartments that are similar in size and number of rooms, and incorporating that into my plan.

I'd like to incorporate here in PA.

I haven't had any significant issues with call quality but I would like the ability to incorporate "extensions" that I could assign to various people.

The graphic below shows that I would need to save $1000 for OVER 18 months to have enough for 20% down.

Both of us have backgrounds in graphic design work so hopefully we will be able to do that work on our own.
