What are your thoughts on these areas (Kissimmee/Davenport/Champions Gate/Four Corners) for buy and hold single family. 

It's really nice vs. the other duplexes in the area and I posted it on Zillow, hotpads, etc. last night.I've gotten over 75 inquiries and my phone rings, texts, emails constantly. 

And everything we could setup for remote monitoring- locks, ring, wifi, water shutoff, water leak sensors, noise monitor...Pool - 100/month and yard - 100/month both in Naples, FL.I typically stay away from HOAs like they are the bubonic plaque....but we may get a house with a HOA in Orlando/Kissimmee area for the amenities....pool/gym/etc....

@Tom Makinen I would also throw Bakersfield in the ring. 

The same will ring true here for attics and basements.

Are you able to change batteries on technology like Ring devices, Smart Locks,smoke detectors, etc.?
