Not sure but it seems possible that the solar panels will shade the roof and make thehouse cooler in the summer by reducing the attic temps.

I agree the best areas for this strategy would be 1-2 miles from either ASU Tempe, maybe ASU Downtown, and possibly GCU.

In the majority of cases the tenant has not made a conscience decission to stay two years, they have no idea how long they will stay, and are simply manipulating the landlord.
